- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup uncooked Arborio or regular long-grain white rice
Let’s get started! Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) to prepare for the baking process.
In a 3-quart shallow baking dish, mix together the condensed cream of mushroom soup, water, milk, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, chicken cubes, and rice.
