Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 4 (3/4 inch thick) pork loin chops
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the first 10 ingredients, which include the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, ground mustard, paprika, celery salt, ground ginger, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix them together to create a flavorful coating for the pork chops.
