To prepare the Spinach Dip, gather the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 1 (10-ounce) package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, thawed and squeezed spinach, sweet red pepper, chopped green onions, minced garlic clove, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
