Be Your Own Doctor – Allow me to recount my journey of self-discovery, where I ventured into the world of health and well-being. It all began with my first experience of fasting and colonics, which laid the foundation for a transformative path.
During my initial water fasting period that lasted 17 days, I incorporated colonics into my routine, leading to a remarkable improvement in my overall well-being. The fasting process rejuvenated my body, leaving me feeling revitalized, energized, and even more in control of my dietary habits.
This marked the commencement of an annual ritual – a dedicated period every year to embark on a health-building water fast. Throughout the fasting duration, I would visit Great Oaks School for colonics, creating a sense of balance and rejuvenation within.
As fate would have it, during my third annual fast in 1981, I developed a deep friendship with Isabelle, who later became my partner and then my spouse. Our shared interests in health, healing, and personal growth further strengthened our bond.
