Booting & Installation Instructions:
- Insert the Ubuntu 7.04 Server Install CD into the SPARC system.
- Power on the system and enter OpenBoot PROM (OBP) by pressing Stop + A during boot.
- At the
okprompt, type: boot cdrom - Follow the on-screen instructions to install Ubuntu 7.04 on your SPARC machine.

⚠ End of Life – Ubuntu 7.04 stopped receiving updates in October 2008.
⚠ No Future SPARC Releases – This was the last official Ubuntu release for SPARC systems.
⚠ Limited Modern Compatibility – Many new applications no longer support SPARC.
